Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 48 to 24 hrs before appointment = 50% cost of treatment

Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment = 100% cost of treatment

Should you need to modify your booking, please do so via your booking confirmation, or by contacting us at the earliest opportunity.

Any cancellation fees not settled will result in future appointments being cancelled until payment has been received.
